World Impact received a valuable invitation to attend the Mennonite Brethren Eastern District Conference.
It was a normal day. I was picking up one of my teens early from school. I signed him out, we got in the car, put our seat belts on and I took a deep breath.
As the year winds to a close, we wanted to take a look back on the many ways in which God has been at work here and around the world.
As we continue to minister with World Impact by partnering with Community Transformation Church (CTC), we are seeking to transform our community together.

In the past year, five different Evangel Schools of Urban Church Planting were hosted in Newark.

There are still three TUMI classes going on this summer—two in the state prison and one in the city.
In June we had our last King’s Kids for this school year. The Lord blessed us with warm, sunny weather and we were able to have a great time at Round Valley State Park where the kids played in the water all day.
Mrs. Perde desperately wanted to give her children a Christian education. The problem was, Christian schools are expensive.
