What a fruitful season we’ve had! We continue to train up people in our church to take on more leadership.
We went to visit Luis at his house a few days after his baptism to continue encouraging him in his new-found faith. When we handed him the baptism certificate, he immediately looked for a frame and space to hang it.
Discipleship is at the core of who we are – we follow Christ and help others do the same. In the inner city we have had to learn what makes sense in an individual’s context in order to help them not only come to faith in Christ, but walk out a life of victory and move into maturity.
How do you respond when your Internet goes out? I know from experience that it can be a very frustrating time – it’s amazing how being connected that way is so important to many of us.
