Dear Friends and Family,
Pastor Christopher Diang lives with his wife and three young children in the town of Aweil in South Sudan, but he also has a church 15 hours away in Juba.
Pastor Diang has been taking his leaders through our Church-Based Seminary classes. He reached out to us in this last year. He desperately desires to bring the Trauma Healing classes to his churches. They have suffered so much and there is much trauma there. Unfortunately, he is so remote that online training will not work.
Therefore, we are trying to work with the Bible Society in Juba that may be able to help him out.
Pastor Diang’s ministry is growing, and he needs more Bibles and more resources as he travels back and forth. His young boys need to be in school, but the cost is out of reach at times.
I am thankful that through technology we have a friendship, but our hearts desire and prayer is that we can truly partner with Pastor Diang to get him the resources and programs that he so desperately needs.
Please join with us in praying that we can help resource him with Bibles and Trauma Healing Training for his churches. Pray also that the Lord will meet the educational needs of his young boys. It is complicated trying to connect what we can offer to his needs. The remoteness of his ministry makes it very difficult. Pray the Lord will open doors we do not yet know about.
