1. Major Gifts Officer

  • Job summary: Major Gifts Officer’s primary responsibility is to serve on building relationships with individuals, churches and other partners who will make financial gifts to advance World Impact’s mission. This is based on biblical philosophy, that this role can have a pastoral element with certain donors.  However, there are measurable expectations of gift production.

  • Essential duties: Managing a growing portfolio of 75 key donors and foundations; Donor acquisition; Active collaboration with Ministry Developers and other Field Staff in Donor-Centric Strategy; Active leadership in planning and participating in major donor and other events.

2. Partnership Support Coordinator

  • Job summary: The Partnerships Support Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to manage the donor systems upon which World Impact manages relationships with individuals, churches and other partners who will make financial gifts to advance World Impact’s mission. 

  • Essential duties: Maintaining accuracy of data in Fundraising Coordination tools—currently provided by Arena; Creation and design of reports to meet the decision-making needs of a growing department; Assisting users across the World Impact team in leveraging the information assets available in Arena.

3. Administrative Assistant to Los Angeles City Director

  • Full time position.
     
  • Essential duties: Perform general office administrative duties at discretion of City Director, answer phones - including forwarding calls and taking messages, proficient in Microsoft Office, receive and distribute mail, greet/announce/direct all office visitors, submit reimbursement requests, among other duties.
